Bio Shield, Inc. engineered our Any Light Responsive (ALR) primer technology to manipulate the wavelength from any light source into the perfect power plant for photocatalytic reactivity. NuTiO(tm) ALR is a series of microscopic embedded prism like transparent elements that make up our light collection bed.
The collectors absorb unnecessary light and refract (increase) the low spectrum UV-C, UV-B and lower UV-A band gap of energy up and simultaneously reduces (lower) the upper band gap of energy available in white light (visible light) down into the ideal 380nm range with superior self cleaning properties as low as 12 foot candle power for complete oxidation.

GreenCleanz is 100% water based green nanotechnology that contain no carcinogens, mutagens, teratogens, VOC's, petroleum distillates, chlorinated solvents and petrochemically-derived fragrances.

How it works:
GreenCleanz work on a process called "catalytic conversion" the ability of a material to convert from a solid to a liquid and back to a solid.
This phenomenon is commonly referred to as "dehydration" or the accelerated drying process that takes place during the conversion. This process does not allow mold, mildew, bacteria or odor causing germs to live or breed on a surface.
The GreenCleanz products are applied as a liquid that dries to a semi permanent clear coating that can turn back into a liquid when activated by moisture "water" with out being consumed in the process.
The conversion can take place millions of times before a re-application would be required.

Application Protocols:
1. Liberally apply the GreenCleanz product to the surface and slow to dwell for 1 to 3 min. (do not let dry on surface) If the surface is pours you may have to brush the product in to gain contact with all the contaminates.
2. Depending on the surface and amount of contamination you may wipe the product off with a damp microfiber cloth or for heavy stained areas outside a pressure washing may be required to remove the excessive bio film contamination.
3. Let the cleaned area dry completely and lightly re-apply the GreenCleanz product to provide protection against odors and re-contamination. There steps to a green and clean surfaces inside and out.

COVERAGE:
ą5,000 sq. ft. per liter is easily achieved if properly applied with a factory adjusted FM-5330 electric application unit.
LONGEVITY:
NuTiOŽNatural is semi-permanent and should outlast almost any sub straight if properly installed and maintained.
CURE TIME:
Dries to the touch in a few minutes and to final 6H hardness with in 8 to 24 hours. Dry times very due to humidity, temperature and application thickness.
SHELF LIFE:
Up to 18 months stored in a dark climate controlled environment. Do not freeze or expose to light prior to use.
TESTING:
The NuTiOŽ products have passed extensive real world and 3rd party laboratory testing and have proven up to 99.9% effective at reducing T-VOC, M-VOC and 99.7% effective against the highly resistant spore forming organism "bacillus subtils" so we can scientifically guarantee similar or greater reductions on all less resistant bacteria. i.e. MRSA, S.
